Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf (/qugˈbu/ /s̼elf/ [hard; difficult] [lizard]) is a subtropical Town located in Kapihuno County, Dähechanxya Kingdom, within the United Kingdom of Undermountain.

The name Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf is derived from the Dwarven language, as Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf was founded by Coralone Rebckezqug, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Climate

Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1084, by Coralone Rebckezqug. The establishment of Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Coralone Rebckezqug electing to pay people to resettle in Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf.

Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad cobblestone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf lost 222 people, 165 livestock, and 24 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 81, when members of Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific war supplies to a particular temple unharmed. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with the defense of the temple against a siege, which ended in defeat for Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ådehlÿ Qugbu Schelf's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
